Chat with a Pastor’s Wife provides text-based Christian encouragement, spiritual support, and faith-based Christian life coaching for adult women.

Our goal is to offer thoughtful conversation, practical encouragement, spiritual support, and coaching-style guidance to help women grow in their walk with Christ, process faith-based questions, and take meaningful next steps in everyday life.

Not Therapy or Counseling

Chat with a Pastor’s Wife does not provide therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, crisis care, medical advice, legal advice, or professional pastoral counseling.

Our encouragers are faith-based Christian life coaches, not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, or legal professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care for mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, abuse, danger, or an emergency situation, please contact emergency services, a licensed professional, a crisis hotline, or a trusted local support person right away.

Adults Only

Chat with a Pastor’s Wife is designed for women who are 18 years old or older.

We do not provide services to children or teenagers. By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. COPPA places requirements on online services that collect personal information from children under 13, so an adults-only policy is a clean and protective boundary for your service.

Personal Responsibility

Our encouragers may offer support, questions to consider, faith-based encouragement, practical ideas, Scripture-based reflection, and coaching-style guidance. However, you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, spiritual life, and outcomes.

We cannot guarantee any specific result, transformation, answer, relationship change, spiritual outcome, or personal breakthrough. Any choices you make based on conversations with your encourager are your responsibility.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We care deeply about offering meaningful support, but results will vary from person to person. Christian life coaching and text-based encouragement are meant to support your growth, not guarantee a particular outcome.

Any examples, testimonials, or stories shared on our website or marketing materials are not promises that every client will experience the same results. Testimonials must be truthful and not misleading, and unusually strong results should not be presented as typical without proper context.

Response Time Expectations

We do our best to respond within the time frame listed for your plan.

Starter Chat responses may take up to 72 hours. Premium Chat and Christian Life Coaching responses are generally provided within 24 hours.

However, response times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, emergencies, technical issues, holidays, high message volume, or other situations outside our control. We will do our best to communicate clearly and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Our services are not designed for urgent, emergency, or crisis situations.

Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds

Chat with a Pastor’s Wife is a monthly subscription service.

You may cancel your subscription anytime. When you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next month.

Because our plans reserve time, response availability, and access to text-based support for the month, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

If there is a billing mistake or unusual situation, please contact us and we will review it with care.

Digital Resources

Some plans may include bonus digital resources, such as devotionals, Bible reading guides, prayer journals, reflection prompts, or other faith-building tools.

Digital resources are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Communication by Text

Our services are text-based. By signing up, you understand that support will be provided through text communication rather than phone calls, video calls, or in-person meetings.

Text-based support is intended for thoughtful encouragement, faith conversation, and coaching-style support. It is not a replacement for in-person care, professional counseling, medical support, emergency help, or local church/community support when those are needed.

Text Messaging Rates and Phone Service

Chat with a Pastor’s Wife provides support by text message. We do not charge per text; your monthly subscription covers the support included in your selected plan.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply depending on your phone plan. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier, phone provider, or texting service.

Clients may choose to use their regular phone number or a separate texting number/app for communication. Chat with a Pastor’s Wife is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or responsible for any third-party phone carrier, texting app, or messaging service a client chooses to use.

Confidentiality and Safety

Your privacy matters to us. We treat your messages with care and discretion. However, confidentiality has limits.

If you share information that suggests immediate danger, abuse, exploitation, harm to yourself or others, or another serious safety concern, we may need to take appropriate action. This may include encouraging you to contact emergency services, a licensed professional, a trusted local support person, or making a report to the appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

Faith-Based Nature of Services

Chat with a Pastor’s Wife is a Christian faith-based service. Our encouragement, coaching, and support may include Christian principles, Scripture-based reflection, prayer prompts, spiritual encouragement, and conversation about faith in Jesus Christ.

By using our services, you understand that our support is offered from a Christian worldview.

Respectful Communication Policy

Chat with a Pastor’s Wife is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for both clients and encouragers.

We understand that clients may come to us during emotional, painful, or difficult seasons. However, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, harassing, degrading, or inappropriate communication toward our encouragers will not be tolerated.

If a client uses our service to verbally mistreat, threaten, sexually harass, manipulate, or repeatedly disrespect an encourager, we reserve the right to end services immediately and remove the client from the program. In these situations, refunds may not be provided.

Our heart is to offer compassionate, Christ-centered support, but our encouragers are real women who deserve to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Final Note

We are here to offer down-to-earth, compassionate, faith-filled support. We are not here to judge, gossip, shame, diagnose, or control your decisions.

Our heart is to help you feel heard, supported, encouraged, and pointed back to Christ while you take your next faithful step forward.
